Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1.5cups of sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon salsa
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 Black Garlic cloves

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Thoroughly stir in the cornstarch.
  3. Stir in the sour cream.
  4. When the mixture becomes hot and bubbly, mix in cheddar cheese and salsa and black garlic.
  5. Continue stirring until cheese has melted and mixture begins to thicken, about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
