
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1.5cups of sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon salsa
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 Black Garlic cloves
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Thoroughly stir in the cornstarch.
- Stir in the sour cream.
- When the mixture becomes hot and bubbly, mix in cheddar cheese and salsa and black garlic.
- Continue stirring until cheese has melted and mixture begins to thicken, about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
