
Preparation:
This recipe is for 4 people.
- Add all of the ingredients except the chicken in a blender or kitchen aid and mix until well mixed.
- Cut the chicken into blocks and marinate it with half of the marinade and let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the charcoal in the barbecue.
- Puncture the chicken on metal skewers and grill it on the barbecue.
- When the chicken is well grilled and cooked, spread the rest of the marinade well with a brush and shortly after grilling.
