Preparation:

This recipe is for 4 people.

  1. Add all of the ingredients except the chicken in a blender or kitchen aid and mix until well mixed.
  2. Cut the chicken into blocks and marinate it with half of the marinade and let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the charcoal in the barbecue.
  4. Puncture the chicken on metal skewers and grill it on the barbecue.
  5. When the chicken is well grilled and cooked, spread the rest of the marinade well with a brush and shortly after grilling.
