Black Garlic Hummus
- Ingredients
- 1 15 oz (439 g) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3-5 cloves black garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- If you can, refrigerate the hummus at least 4 hours or overnight and then adjust seasonings to give everything a chance to blend together.
